Your company is conducting an employee survey before updating its work policy. Employees are asked to choose between two options: • Option A — Work from home full-time, with occasional team meetings online. • Option B — Work in the office full-time, with all colleagues present every day. Write a response (150–200 words) for the survey. Choose ONE option and explain, with clear reasons and examples, why you think it is the better choice for both employees and the company.

•State your choice clearly in the first sentence.
•Give 2–3 specific reasons with concrete examples (commute, focus, teamwork, costs).
•Briefly mention the other option and explain its main drawback.
