We are writing to inform you of scheduled maintenance work that will take place in your building from Monday, October 21 to Friday, October 25.
During this period, the following services will be temporarily affected:
1. Hot Water: Hot water will be unavailable from 9 AM to 12 PM on Tuesday and Wednesday only. We recommend showering either before 9 AM or after 12 PM on those days.
2. Parking Garage: The parking garage elevator will be out of service for the entire week. Residents with accessibility needs should contact our office at (604) 555-0192 by October 18 so we can make alternative arrangements.
3. Lobby Renovation: Contractors will be working in the main lobby from 8 AM to 5 PM on Monday and Thursday. We ask that residents use the side entrance on Oak Street during these times.
