Patient: Hi, I need to reschedule my appointment with Dr. Patel. I was booked for Thursday at 2 PM, but my work schedule changed. Receptionist: Let me check. The earliest I have is the following Monday at 10 AM or Wednesday at 3:30 PM. Patient: Monday works better for me. Will I still need to bring the blood-test results? Receptionist: Yes, please bring those. And since it's been over a year, we'll also need you to fill out an updated health questionnaire when you arrive.
